Job Description

Location: Zurich - hybrid
Sales Support – Job Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to Growth Managers, including preparing contracts and quotations
- Handle and triage incoming quotation requests
- Initiate and support the fulfillment process, including onboarding new customers
- Perform technical configuration of Signing and Smart Registration services
- Process and respond to customer inquiries
- Optimize internal processes and tools
- Redesign and digitize the seal/certification process
- Perform Global Registration Authority (RA) activities, including setting up RA agencies
- Support the Head of Growth Management with reporting, evaluations, and statistics
- Analyze data from key customers and partners
- Perform regulatory administrative tasks related to compliance and security requirements
- Coordinate backend support and operational alignment for service activations
- Train and onboard new Sales Support colleagues
- Support the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) in handling customer needs end-to-end (from request to service activation and support)
- Support invoicing and coordinate with controlling/finance
- Provide general management support tasks
