About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AI Product / Project Manager to lead strategic IT projects, with a strong focus on product pivots and rebranding initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex product challenges, and has a proven track record of driving growth and transformation for consumer-facing digital or AI products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end product pivots, ensuring minimal disruption to active user bases while aligning with overall business goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive rebranding strategies for products with existing users, including introduction or replacement of features, launch of new payment plans, and communication of updated value propositions.
- Oversee project roadmaps, timelines, and stakeholder management for multiple concurrent IT projects.
- Design and implement strategies to grow network-based products from the ground up, connecting two or more core user cohorts in a platform model.
- Drive the introduction of automation, digitalization, and efficiency optimization tools in B2B environments to deliver measurable business impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
- Track product performance through data-driven insights and iterate on strategies to maximize adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager leading IT projects with a strong emphasis on product pivots and rebranding initiatives.
- Demonstrated success rebranding products with active user bases, including executing rollout strategies for new features, payment models, and value propositions.
- Solid experience in managing and growing consumer / B2C digital or AI product portfolios.
- Hands-on experience launching or expanding platforms that connect multiple user cohorts (i.e., marketplace, community, or network-based products).
- Experience introducing automation or efficiency tools within B2B settings.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and measure success.
- EU OR Swiss Passport
- Experience working in fast-paced startups or scaling digital platforms from early stage to maturity.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
