Required Background
- Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes within Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Service
- Strong experience in change impact assessments, stakeholder management, business readiness, and adoption activities
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders, Relationship Managers, and business leadership teams
- Exposure to platform migrations, integration programmes, operating model changes, or major banking transformations
- Strong understanding of both business and technology environments
- Experience managing programme governance, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting
- Ability to translate complex change into clear communications and actionable business outcomes
- Consulting, transformation, change management, business analysis, or programme delivery background preferred
- Fluent German and English
