B2B / contractor engagement. Candidates must be willing to set up their own LLC/Limited Company and obtain Professional Indemnity Insurance
You'll support franchise partners across EMEA, helping them maximize the value of digital products including mobile apps, online ordering, loyalty programs, delivery solutions, and kiosks.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main customer contact for technology-related topics.
- Drive digital growth projects and customer adoption initiatives.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and business reviews.
- Manage customer relationships, retention, and satisfaction.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Engagement teams.
- Support customers with technical questions, product releases, and new feature rollouts.
- Coordinate projects, timelines, expectations, and escalations.
- 5-7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Technical Project Management.
- Experience in SaaS or digital platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
- Comfortable working with Product and Engineering teams.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, analytics, Scrum/Agile, and software release processes.
- Exposure to APIs, Postman, CMS platforms, Confluence, or LaunchDarkly is a plus.
