Cutover Manager

Start Date: Autumn 2026
Contract duration: 12 months+
Location: Zurich

Required Background

Proven Cutover Management experience within a banking environment is mandatory
Strong background in cutover management, release management or complex IT Transformation programmes
Demonstrated experience managing cutovers for banking systems, platforms, or large-scale technology change initiatives
Strong understanding of banking operations, governance, risk, and change management processes
Ability to manage complex dependencies under tight timelines
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
Structured, proactive, and confident in high-pressure delivery environments
