Digital Identity Operations Specialist

Location: Remote in Europe
Language: German (working language) and English
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Support Remote Signing and PKI services
• Execute customer and partner onboarding, provisioning, and fulfillment tasks
• Support identity verification processes (VideoIdent, AutoIdent, Face-to-Face Ident)
• Ensure compliance with eIDAS, ZertES, security, and confidentiality requirements
• Assist users with operational support and service requests
• Drive process improvements using AI and automation tools

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of recent relevant relevant experience
• Prior experience in digital trust, fintech, banking, or regulated environments is an advantage
• Strong German communication skills is a must
• Experience with Remote Signing, PKI, or Digital Identity solutions
• Knowledge of eIDAS and/or ZertES
• Understanding of security, compliance, and data confidentiality
• Experience in onboarding, provisioning, or support operation
• Strong German communication skills is a must
• Familiarity with AI tools and process automation
