Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all internal IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud-based tools
- Deliver day-to-day IT support across the organisation, including remote teams
- Lead technical aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols
- Manage IT procurement and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
- Oversee data security, backups, and disaster recovery planning
- Maintain and improve access control systems and ensure compliance with security standards
- Supervise IT support personnel and ensure smooth ticket resolution workflows
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT initiatives with business objectives
- Provide hands-on support across all levels, from 1st to 3rd line

- Demonstrated experience in internal IT leadership and senior IT support roles
- Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, networking, and SaaS environments (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
- Proven ability to support diverse teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Budget management and IT procurement experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Proactive mindset with a practical, problem-solving approach
