Job Description

For our customer a major Swiss business we are seeking 3 onsite IT Support Specialist for a a long term contract either in Zurich or Lucerne 

This is a perfect role for a German Native Speaker with between 2-5 years experience and a 'can do' attitude 

Tasks
• Meeting room support (setup, troubleshooting, AV equipment)
• VIP support • Event support (technical setup and assistance)
• Peripheral support (printers, monitors, docking stations, etc.)
• Laptop builds and configuration
• Service desk assistance (ticket handling, first-level support)
Experience – Skills/Experience Required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in onsite IT support
• Fluent German (mandatory)
