Determine and define business needs and global requirements to develop and continue the growth of an Atlassian ITSM environment with primary focus on the Configuration Management process and CMDB • As part of stakeholder facing team, work closely with Atlassian functional team to lead and drive technical and business requirements gathering and formulation for the implementation team • A proven track record in ITSM project implementation, ideally with a strong background in delivering strategic ITSM Service management solutions • Manages and communicates ITSM Projects release schedule • Develops use cases, process diagrams, and requirements documentation using stories and scrum tasks in the ITSM program Jira container • Document and map current ITSM processes and perform gap analyses against desired or best practice, preferably using industry standard techniques and frameworks such as ITIL • Work closely with process owners and request type owners to elicit and agree requirements for request workflows and IT self-service on Atlassian instance • Collaborate with Infra, Cloud, Security and App teams to validate existing CI data • Assist in defining object schemas, relationships, and data governance in Jira Assets #LI-SP1
