🌐 About the Role: As a Microsoft Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising the Microsoft environment across cloud, collaboration, and endpoint solutions. You’ll support projects and operations within a modern Microsoft stack, ensuring seamless delivery and secure, high-performing services.
🔧 Key Technologies You'll Work With:

• Microsoft Azure – IaaS, PaaS, Azure AD, Defender for Cloud
• Microsoft 365 – Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive
• Endpoint Management – Intune, Autopilot, Windows 10/11
• Security & Compliance – Microsoft Purview, Defender, Conditional Access
• Collaboration Tools – Teams voice integration, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Viva
• Infrastructure – Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Hybrid identity setups

🛠️ Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Lead or assist with tenant migrations, Teams deployments, and cloud security initiatives
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and Power Platform tools
• Troubleshoot incidents and support end-users in a hybrid workplace
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors on architecture and service delivery

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years of experience as a Microsoft Systems/Cloud Engineer
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
• Hands-on experience with Intune, PowerShell, and hybrid identity
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Based in or willing to relocate to Basel, Switzerland
