🚀 Platform Engineer | £90-120k | Financial Services 🚀

We’re hiring a Platform Engineer to join a leading financial services firm, building scalable, high-performance platform solutions in a collaborative, DevOps-driven environment.

🔹 The Role: You’ll work with Java, Go, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Kafka, and GitLab to design, develop, and maintain secure, robust platforms. Your work will directly support critical financial services while championing automation and best practices.

✅ What You’ll Do:
  • Engineer and maintain scalable platform solutions
  • Build and manage AWS infrastructure using Kubernetes & Kafka
  • Work in agile, permanent teams handling the full platform lifecycle
  • Collaborate across engineering, architecture & product teams
  • Promote DevOps principles and CI/CD best practices
🎯 What You’ll Need:
  • 3+ years in platform engineering 
  • Strong Java and/or Go programming skills - 5+ years experience 
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Spring Boot, Kubernetes & Kafka
  • A background in financial services or a regulated industry is a plus
💰 Salary: £90-120k basic + insane benefits package
