About the Role

SGI is hiring a Principal Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for enterprise systems and applications. You will lead in diagnosing complex issues, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring critical incidents are resolved quickly to maintain service reliability.


Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a technical support / engineering role

  • Strong expertise in troubleshooting enterprise software and infrastructure

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, databases, and networking

  • Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to lead escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience with automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)

  • ITIL or other service management framework knowledge

  • Background in SaaS or enterprise application environments
