  • Strategic development and optimization of our e-commerce platforms (B2B/B2C), taking regulatory requirements (revDSG, Swissmedic) into account.

  • Product ownership: backlog prioritization, agile project steering, coordination of external partners.

  • Stakeholder management: bridge between customers, business, and technology with clear communication.

  • Technical implementation: platform optimization, interface integration, SEO/UX, data security.

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in Swiss e-commerce/product ownership (B2B/B2C, ideally in the healthcare sector).

  • Experience with regulatory requirements (revDSG, Swissmedic) and data protection.

  • Excellent networking and communication skills, as well as a confident and persuasive presence.

  • Tools & methodology: UX methods, analytics tools (Matomo, Power BI), A/B testing.

  • Strong data-driven mindset and experience with KPI reporting.

  • Experience with omnichannel processes and management of Customer Relationship Centers (CRC).

  • Market research and trend monitoring in the digital market.

  • Agile working (Scrum/Kanban) with coaching experience.

  • Languages: fluent German & English, French is an advantage.

Nice-to-Have

  • CSPO or other agile certification.

  • User knowledge of common ERP, PIM, headless e-commerce, CMS, and web application systems, ideally experience with MS Dynamics Navision and Postman API Platform.

  • Leadership experience, e.g., project management and coordination of external partners.
