Location: Zurich
Contract duration: 12 months
Start date: around December 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate workstreams, milestones and deliverables
• Track risks, issues, dependencies and actions
• Support Business / Functional Readiness and implementation activities
• Facilitate Business / IT alignment and issue resolution
• Prepare management reporting and decision materials
• Support testing, go-live preparation and post-implementation activities

Profile

• 7+ years of experience across Project Management, Business Analysis and/or Transformation Delivery
• Prior experience within Financial Services / Banking
• Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes
• Proven ability to coordinate delivery across Business and Technology teams
• Hands-on experience managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues
• Experience preparing management reporting and decision-ready materials
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience supporting testing, implementation, readiness and/or go-live activities advantageous
• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Jira and Confluence
• Languages: German and English
