Job Description
You will build front-end applications and reusable UI components that strike the right balance between data density, usability and scalability.
Partnering with Product, UX and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, testable software that responds to evolving business needs and provides real value to end users.
You will collaborate with portfolio managers, researchers and analysts to gather and refine requirements. This provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of investment and research processes, while applying your technical expertise to build impactful solutions.
In summary:
- Strong experience in React and TypeScript development within a cloud-native environment and build single-page applications using React, Apollo Client, Redux and TypeScript
- Experience with data fetching (REST and GraphQL) as well as streaming technologies (WebSockets, HTTP chunked responses)
- Practical knowledge of front-end styling paradigms such as CSS modules and CSS-in-JS, working closely with UX/UI designers
- Experience in writing well-structured unit, integration and end-to-end tests
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality, testable, and maintainable software.
