Project Overview

We are supporting a consulting organisation in the delivery of a SAP MDG implementation project for a client in the manufacturing sector located in the Greater Zurich area.

The role focuses on the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP Master Data Governance processes across key business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP MDG implementation activities within a manufacturing environment
• Design and implement master data governance processes (e.g. Material, Supplier, Customer data)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data governance frameworks and data quality standards
• Support integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
• Contribute to workshops, solution design, and system configuration
• Ensure alignment with best practices in master data management and governance
• Provide hands-on expertise throughout the full project lifecycle

Profile Requirements

• Senior-level experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance)
• Proven experience in SAP implementation projects
• Strong background in manufacturing industry environments
• Good understanding of master data processes and data governance frameworks
• Ability to work independently in complex project environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• German language skills preferred; strong English is mandatory
