Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Build orchestration layers connecting AI agents, business logic, enterprise systems, and human approval workflows.
- Design solutions for long-running processes, state management, retries, and fault recovery.
- Integrate enterprise platforms, third-party applications, and data sources.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and API security.
- Ensure platform reliability through monitoring, logging, and observability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, AI/ML, Data, and Platform Engineering.
- Strong experience in backend software development and modern engineering practices.
- Solid knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native applications, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs and messaging technologies.
- Strong understanding of workflow orchestration, scalable system design, and resilience patterns.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure software development.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a strong advantage.
