Are you an expert in marketing effectiveness, econometrics, or Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)?
Do you enjoy translating complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that directly influence marketing investment decisions?
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Scientist to play a key role in shaping how leading brands optimise their media spend, customer strategy, and growth.
This is not a generic Data Science role this is about owning measurement frameworks and driving real commercial impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and develop Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and attribution frameworks
- Analyse cross-channel marketing performance (online & offline)
- Build econometric and statistical models (regression, time series, adstock, saturation curves)
- Quantify incrementality and causal impact of marketing activity
- Translate complex modelling into clear, actionable insights for clients
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing marketing strategy and budget allocation
- Collaborate with data, media, and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
- Strong experience in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), attribution, or marketing effectiveness
- Background in Econometrics, Statistics, Data Science, or Quantitative Marketing
- Experience with:
- Regression and time series modelling
- Marketing data (media, CRM, behavioural)
- Translating analysis into business recommendations
Technical:
- Python or R
- SQL / Snowflake or similar
- Experience with causal inference / experimentation is a strong plus
Salary on offer is approx €80,000 per yera with added benefits.
