Job Description

For our customer (Zurich Based) in the Technology Services Sector we are seeking a senior consultant with business change and infrastructure experience to re-organise a Customer Service & 1st Line / Helpdesk comeptence centre

Based: Zurich, mainly onsite with some travel across europe 
Utlisation: 60-100% - can be part time during ramp up 
Onsite- primarily, needs to be stakeholder facing 
Initial duration 3-6 months to plan then implement
