Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in one or more of:
- C#/.NET
- Python

- React
- Microsoft Azure cloud platform
- Snowflake data platform
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Software architecture and design patterns
- Automated testing and quality engineering
- Data integration, APIs, and enterprise platforms
- Secure software development practices
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated or financial services environments
- TypeScript, Next.js, and React front-end development
- TDD, BDD, and Shift-Left testing approaches
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)
- Experience driving platform modernisation and engineering transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications
- Define technical direction and engineering standards
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Drive cloud, data, and platform engineering initiatives
- Manage technical debt, application lifecycle, and platform stability
- Mentor engineers and support team development
- Promote automation, continuous improvement, and engineering best practices
- Contribute to architecture, standards, and shared engineering capabilities
