The Role

As a SW/HW AI Solutions Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in architecting and delivering AI-driven solutions that integrate seamlessly across hardware and software layers. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define scalable, high-performance architectures for real-world AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions that combine software engineering and hardware acceleration.
• Collaborate with data science, ML, and embedded engineering teams to align system design and performance goals.
• Develop strategies for AI acceleration using GPU, FPGA, or ASIC technologies.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to optimise model training and inference.
• Lead technical discussions and guide best practices across teams.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions across both software and hardware.
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming in Python, C/C++.
• Experience with hardware architectures such as NVIDIA, ARM, AMD, or FPGA-based systems.
• Understanding of cloud-edge integration and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions.
