Our client is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate all testing activities for a large-scale digital transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the testing strategy, managing the end-to-end testing lifecycle, and ensuring quality objectives are achieved before deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall test strategy and master test plan.
Manage SIT, E2E, UAT, regression, and smoke testing activities.
Coordinate testing across multiple business units, applications, and teams.
Oversee defect management, tracking, and resolution processes.
Monitor testing progress, risks, KPIs, and provide regular stakeholder reporting.
Facilitate collaboration between business, QA, development, and programme teams.
Support Go/No-Go readiness assessments and deployment decisions.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Test Manager in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong background in end-to-end testing, test planning, and quality governance.
Experience managing testing across integrated systems and business processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Contract Details

Start: ASAP (latest end of August)
Duration: 6 months
Workload: Minimum 80%
Remote working with weekly onsite presence in Zurich, Lausanne, or Geneva
