Growing Business Intelligence caught up with our founders to discuss the ongoing growth at SGI and our unrelenting focus on nurturing our talent.

 

This article has come at a unique time in the SGI calendar. Last week, we celebrated the end of H1. We’ve seen fantastic levels of growth within the business and expanding opportunities for our employees. It really is an exciting time to be part of the team!

 

Whilst we have seen incredible growth this year, our staff remain the most important element at SGI. As Lawrence puts it, “There are many measurements of success: financial, customer, staff performance & well-being, community, impact metrics and company goals, to name but a few. But really, we can only measure ourselves in achieving what we set out to do for our staff, as without them nothing happens.”

 

As SGI continues to grow throughout this year, it will always be a top priority to continue providing “exciting careers where staff can discover their full potential.”
