The company works with both local and international clients and contractors.SGI’s supply chains include (the list is not exhaustive) sourcing candidates for clients, which may involve the introduction of candidates to third party companies, and subsequent supply to their customers.<h4>SGI Policies in relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking</h4>As part of the recruitment sector, SGI recognises the responsibility to take a robust approach to slavery and human trafficking, including preventing the same in our corporate activities, and ensuring that SGI’s supply chain is free from slavery and human trafficking.SGI has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.Relevant SGI’s policies are listed below which and are reviewed on a regular basis:&nbsp;<ul class="lg-mx-4"><li>HR Procedures – SGI does not tolerate any threat of physical or sexual violence, harassment or intimidation against our employees. Relevant HR policies are clearly defined and communicated to all employees at the onboarding stage, and then via training sessions. The policies are made easily accessible and available to all employees in SGI’s internal database, as well as through the employee handbook;</li><li>Whistleblowing Policy – at SGI, we believe it is important that any fraud, misconduct or wrongdoing by anyone working with us is reported and dealt with appropriately. We, therefore, encourage all individuals to raise any concerns that they may have about the conduct of others in the business or the way in which the company is run. This policy applies to all employees and anyone working with us;</li><li>Health and Safety Policy – The Company regards the management of health and safety as an integral part of its business and as a management priority. It is our policy that all activities and work will be carried out in a safe manner and we will ensure the health, safety and welfare of our employees and others who may be affected by our activities. Our target is for zero accidents and zero work-related ill health to be achieved by applying current best practice in health and safety management. Compliance with current health and safety legislation is, therefore regarded as the absolute minimum standard acceptable;</li><li>Dignity at Work Policy – We will not tolerate bullying and harassment of any kind and will take any allegation very seriously. All allegations of bullying and harassment will be investigated and, if appropriate, disciplinary action will be taken, up to and including dismissal. In some cases, employees could be personally liable to pay compensation in legal claims and may amount to a criminal offence. We will also not tolerate the victimisation of a person for making allegations of bullying or harassment in good faith or supporting someone to make such a complaint. Victimisation is a disciplinary offence.</li></ul><h4>Due Diligence Processes</h4>We undertake due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers, and regularly review our existing suppliers. The Company's due diligence and reviews include:<ul class="lg-mx-4"><li>mapping the supply chain broadly to assess particular product or geographical risks of modern slavery and human trafficking;</li><li>evaluating the modern slavery and human trafficking risks of each new supplier.</li></ul><h4>Risk assessment and management, key performance indicators to measure effectiveness of steps being taken</h4>SGI expects high ethical standards from our suppliers and potential suppliers and encourages them to operate in an ethical, legally compliant and professional manner, also when engaging their own suppliers. SGI’s suppliers are expected to have relevant ethical, environmental and social policies.In order to ensure that our suppliers comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we include a question on modern slavery and trafficking in the UK Umbrella - Onboarding Questionnaire which is reviewed annually.On top of that, SGI conducts strict compliance checks for all candidates we supply to the clients, including identity, right to work and employment history checks, any additional checks may be carried out from time to time, as required by the Client.As a business we are dedicated to support human rights and sustainability through regular reviews of our internal policies and processes.<h4>Training</h4>Training on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking, and on the risk our business faces from modern slavery in its supply chains is provided as necessary.This statement is made on behalf of Source Group International pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 ("The MSA") and comprises our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year 2023.</

PMO Analyst – All experience Levels   Role Overview You will be reporting directly to the Head of EMEA PMO and Business Management and will be responsible for performing a combination of governance and Financial Administrative duties across the portfolio of projects that the IT Lead has overall delivery responsibility for.   Responsibilities:   
<ul><li>Financial Planning: supporting your IT Leads through the annual planning and half yearly forecast process, collating demand in line with budget planning protocols and timelines.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Portfolio Finance: maintain financial data to track against budgets, working closely with your IT Finance partner and PMO Governance peers to review month on month trends, resolve mis-bookings and highlight any negative trends (actuals vs. budget)</li><li>Time Tracking Support and Control: maintenance of project and people related static (project server plans) that underpins the universal time tracking tool, oversight of the time entry and timesheet approval processes as well as any time related adjustments required to realign mismatches associated with the project team/resources that you support.</li><li>Project Governance – Responsible for the central RAID, oversee the production of project status reports, critically challenging project RAG and status in line with project governance guidelines. Ensuring Ringi workflows and relevant governance documentation is raised and submitted on time, this includes project initiation documents (PIDs) and drawdown requests. Support project prioritisation reviews.</li><li>Resource Management – Monthly assessment of Project FTE demand and plan allocation of work in advance.
<ul><li>Meeting Support & Coordination: - support the production of SteerCo and/or PWG PowerPoint decks, cover minute taking, provide a query handling service to key stakeholders and project managers. Maintaining a transparent calendar of key meetings, events, reminders that are associated with your project team’s deliverables.</li><li>Quality Assurance & Repository Management – ensuring tools and templates are in place and utilised, repository sites (SharePoint, Confluence) are kept up to date with the latest artefacts, promoting good housekeeping and audit control.</li><li>Benefits Management & Realisation: - ensuring the process of identifying and quantifying, project benefits are adequately tracked and documented.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Hiring Governance: co-ordination of resource demand through the relevant governance process, onboarding new resources (raising IDMs) and tracking SOW renewals. PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst – All Experience levels   Rate DOE London based, hybrid 6 month minimum contract   Core Responsibilities   The main responsibility of the role focuses on project management support activities. At the core of the role will be a main project focusing around the establishment of a UK based Service Company with potential involvement in a further programme. Ruby On Rails Developer

SAP SuccessFactors Expert   £620 per day via umbrella 12 months minimum contract London based, hybrid     Profile Summary   A SAP SuccessFactors (SF) expert is required to support a busy HR team in London plus a number of regional offices on the continent with best practice operations, process improvement, and small change. The role is embedded in the HR team and is required for minimum 12 months as backfill for employees working on large change projects. Support is needed across a number of SF modules including EC, Recruitment, Onboarding, L&D and Performance/Objective setting.   Duties and Responsibilities   <ul><li>Work with SMEs (EMEA wide) across HR teams to understand their day to day pain points with the system, suggest improvements</li><li>Periodically assist HR teams on data quality assurance reviews for their areas while implementing data validation controls to prevent reoccurrence.</li><li>Support yearend process such as annual salary, bonus loads, McLagan data, Holiday rollover, etc.</li><li>Work with IT to maintain appropriate system permissions for HR users</li><li>Implement small HR change and hand it over for user testing.</li><li>Train SME team members to embed good day to day practices and system knowledge.
