Core Responsibilities
The main responsibility of the role focuses on project management support activities. At the core of the role will be a main project focusing around the establishment of a UK based Service Company with potential involvement in a further programme. Additional ad hoc involvement relates to the wider team’s strategic initiatives.
Support the project team in the day-to-day executing and management of all project aspects; including:

Additional ad hoc involvement relates to the wider team’s strategic initiatives.
Support the project team in the day-to-day executing and management of all project aspects; including:
- Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility for team members.
- Assist in the creation, maintenance and formatting of project artefacts; including:
- Action Logs
- RAID Logs
- Decision Logs
- Presentation Material
- Project Plans
- Minutes of Steering Committee Meetings
- Project Budgets
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, and distribute relevant materials.
- Management of working groups and associated follow-ups.
- Establishment of working group sub-proposals and analyses.
- Creation of presentation material for Cross Working Group, Steering Committee and Senior Management meetings.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
- Assist in analyzing project performance metrics.
Support developing the business cases for strategic projects of the team; including:
- This will include data analysis, preparations of decks and associated Excel / PowerPoint and research work.
- Own, coordinate and deliver sub-topics and take the lead in driving items forward for assigned initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-orientated with a high level of accuracy
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
