An opportunity is available for a highly experienced SAP FICO professional to lead and drive transformation projects across various industries. This role involves hands-on project leadership, close collaboration with partners and teams, and the ability to design tailored solutions for clients undergoing complex finance system changes.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in SAP FICO consulting or project management, preferably in a leadership role.

• Proven track record in delivering at least 1–2 full end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects.

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration is highly desirable.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to understand team dynamics and foster motivation and growth.

• Capable of translating complex financial processes into effective SAP solutions, with strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

• SAP FICO or S/4HANA certification is an advantage.

• Fluent in German and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions tailored to client needs.

• Manage and support SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and S/4HANA migration projects from initiation to go-live.

• Apply expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance to leverage new functionalities and improve performance and efficiency.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

• Define requirements for client-specific processes and coordinate with development teams and other modules (e.g., SD, MM, BW).

• Ensure compliance of SAP solutions with financial regulations, corporate standards, and industry practices.

• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on continuous professional development.

• Actively participate in cross-module projects and support pre-sales activities where necessary.
