Job Description
We're looking for someone with:
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar back-office, office administration, or operations support role
• Strong German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable, invoice checking, expense reports, and general office coordination
• Good MS Office skills
• Knowledge of Ariba (preferred)
• A reliable, organized, and independent working style
The position is 80–100%, starting ASAP, with an initial 6-month contract and potential for extension or longer-term opportunities.
